French sports newspaper L'Equipe reported Friday that 2017 New England Revolution loan signing Benjamin Angoua could be set to re-join Ligue 1 side Guingamp for the remainder of the season.
Angoua started 26 league matches in 2017, but New England declined his contract option after the Revs finished one spot out of the postseason and conceded an Eastern Conference-worst 61 goals.
Already this month, New England have traded forward Kei Kamara to Vancouver and secured deals to bring back forwards Teal Bunbury and Brian Wright, defender Andrew Farrell and goalkeeper Brad Knighton.
