NEW YORK – MLS NEXT and Veo today announced Veo as the Official Video Camera and League Exchange Partner of MLS NEXT, ensuring every game across all 318 clubs at the highest level of North American youth soccer is recorded. More than 53,000 players, along with their coaches and scouts, now have unlimited access to video and analysis of every match.
The partnership establishes the MLS NEXT Veo League Exchange, a centralized platform where all match recordings are uploaded and accessible to every club, coach, scout, and player across the ecosystem. Previously, clubs managed footage independently; now, all content is unified in a single hub serving the league’s 318 clubs.
This is a significant leap for North American youth soccer, ensuring scouts are no longer limited to games they can attend in person. Every match is on record, searchable, and accessible, which means exposure no longer depends on geography or timing.
Talented players within MLS NEXT clubs now have the same video infrastructure that elite academies in Europe have built development programs around for years.
“Video is essential to modern player development,” said Luis Robles, General Manager of MLS NEXT. “Our partnership with Veo helps us meet that need while pursuing ambitious goals and raising standards across our program. Access to this level of technology is helping us elevate both our coaching and player pathways as we continue that journey.”
"Video is one of the most powerful tools in a player's development, and right now most don't have access to it," said Henrik Teisbæk, CEO of Veo. "This agreement makes it standard for 53,000 players at the top of US youth soccer. We're closing the gap between elite and developing players by putting the same tools in the hands of everyone working their way up."
