After claiming the armband at the start of the Gold Cup in July, it looks like Michael Bradley is getting pretty good at this whole USMNT captain thing.
Bradley created a buzz on Monday by motivating fans with a passionate message on the upcoming CONCACAF Cup showdown between US and Mexico on Oct. 10. Changing his Instagram account from private to public to send out the post, the usually reserved Bradley touched on the rivalry between the two CONCACAF nations and identified a few of the locations where unforgettable matches have been played.
The Toronto FC midfielder ended his message by asking fellow Americans to support at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif., next month when the US and Mexico square off for a spot in the 2017 Confederations Cup. To stir things up even more? Bradley combined all that with an image of him and Chicharito going head to head.
If that does not get you buzzing, nothing will.
