In a week in which MLS fans were spoiled for choices, Jack McInerney won his second career AT&T MLS Goal of the Week award in Week 16, this time for an acrobatic volleyed finish to the top corner in Montreal's 3-0 demolition of the Houston Dynamo.
McInerney, who last won the award for this strike in 2012, had company near the top of the leaderboard. His 38.71% of the vote finished ahead of fine strikes from Erick Torres and Gilberto; the trio combined for more than 93 percent of the vote, leaving Dillon Powers and Danny Cruz looking to up their games for the weekend ahead.
